Minimum stay: 3 nights.
Rates per person: minimum 35 euro, max 80 euro (they may vary according to the season and to the promotions); prices include accommodation, linen and towels, energy, gas, initial cleaning of the apartment. Services not included: final cleaning.
Prices do not include the city tax (3,5 euro per person per night).
Promotional packages and preferential prices for medium and long stays.
Children under three years free.
If you want to validate your reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total price; the remaining sum must be paid in cash at your arrival, along with a deposit of 200 euro as guarantee for any damage caused to the structure, which will be returned to you at your departure, unless damages are found.
In case of cancellation we will retain the deposit if the cancellation will take place within fifteen days before your stay.
Check-in and check-out: please, inform us in advance about the time of your arrival (as it is a private house, there is no reception service 24/24h).
We do not accept payments by credit card or checks, but only in cash and/or bank transfers or money orders.
Pets are not allowed.
